The new Safra Punggol is now open, but it's not fully complete, with some restaurants scheduled to open in the later part of the year.
There will be a total of three halal-certified restaurants in the next few months:
Aside from the traditional full-bodied Singapore kopi, the first Heavenly Wang to be housed in a Safra club will also offer brown sliced kaya toast, soft-boiled egg and Asian classics such as laksa, mee rebus and mee siam. Heavenly Wang at Safra Punggol is set to open in early May.
Safra Punggol will be the third Safra club to house the fast food chain. This new outlet launching in May will be open 24 hours and boast a drive-through facility.
This outlet will also be the first Pizza Hut opening at a Safra club, and will operate daily from 10am to 10pm.
Launched on Sunday (Apr 24), the club meant for NSmen and their families has been generating quite a buzz in the neighbourhood, thanks to plans for a three-storey indoor water playground called Splash @ Kids Amaze.
Safra said the playground will feature eight different play decks, five slides and a splash pad aligned to the overall theme of Enchanted Deep Sea.
Other wellness amenities include a 24-lane bowling centre by Orchid Bowl, cycling and rollerblading kiosk, Punggol's largest gym EnergyOne, an electronic darts bar managed by iDarts, a spa and a Yoga Inc studio.
Parents, Safra Punggol will also house a NurtureStars Preschool, as well as five enrichment centres - Artary, BazGym Gymnastic School, StepUp Learning & Dance, Yamaha Music and Tien Hsia Language School.
Safra Punggol is also the first to be awarded the prestigious Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum award, the highest rating for green, sustainable buildings that promote energy and water savings, among others. Its atrium and corridors will be naturally ventilated, and all lighting fixtures will be LED.
