One of Singapore's very few halal beach restaurants, Gurame serves a traditional Indonesian menu of tahu telor, gulai kepala ikan, sambal kepiting and of course, the gurame fish, fried till crisp so you can chomp on its bones. Unsurprisingly, the restaurant located within the National Service Resort and Country Club has become a hit with brides and grooms-to-be.
